Eolmed received a visit from the Qair Group’s Spanish team, accompanied by representatives of the Occitanie \/ Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e Region, Euroports, Port Tarragona, Generalitat de Catalunya and L’ENERG\u00c8TICA.<\/p>\n
It was an opportunity to see the realization of France’s most powerful floating offshore wind farm, and to appreciate the scale of this Made In France reindustrialization project.<\/p>\n
Key figures for the project
\n– 3500 tonnes: the weight of each of the 3 floats, with dimensions equivalent to a triumphal arch;
\n– 110 million Kwh: the annual production, equivalent to the consumption of a town with a population of 50,000, such as Narbonne.
