In the starting blocks!

Just a few days after the project launch ceremony in Port – La Nouvelle, the first two steel blocks were positioned on their concrete supports. The teams began assembling the lower belt of float No. 1, which will be made of 18 blocks and 5 levels in total.

This symbolic day marks a key step in the project, following the “first cut” event that took place on September 29, 2022, at the Matière factory in Bagnac-sur-Célé. – when the very first materials used in the project were “cut”.

On January 16, Carole Delga, President of the Occitanie region, came to visit the site and see the floating structures that will house our future wind turbines.

These blocks which have just been installed will have the role of supporting float No. 1, and five additional levels will be added above subsequently.
